1. OPERATIONAL MODEL & NO WALK-INS
TJ Fashion operates strictly as an online e-commerce establishment. Our registered facility at 1 Syed Alwi Road, #04-03, Song Lin Building, Singapore 207628 serves exclusively as an administrative hub. No physical walk-in sales, counter inquiries, self-pickups, or cash transactions are permitted at our facility under any circumstances. All transactions, service inquiries, and return authorizations must be conducted through TJ FASHION.shop.
2. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE
Making and Accepting Orders
Orders submitted by you are subject to acceptance by TJ Fashion. No binding contract to sell or deliver Products is formed until you receive an official Order Confirmation email or courier dispatch notification.
3. PRICING & MISPRICING DISCLAIMER
All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD). In the event of a pricing error, TJ Fashion reserves the right to cancel any accepted or pending Orders for mispriced Products without liability.
4. PRODUCT LISTINGS & SPECIFICATIONS
Product descriptions and visual assets on the Website serve solely to identify items. TJ Fashion makes no warranty that Products will be fit for any specific purpose outside stated specifications.
5. LOGISTICS, RISK & TITLE
Risk passes upon delivery timestamp or courier Proof of Delivery (POD). TJ Fashion fulfills orders under a standard 5-business-day SLA within Singapore.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & 1-YEAR CLAIMS LIMIT
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, total cumulative liability shall not exceed the price paid for the specific order. No legal action or claim may be brought against TJ Fashion more than one (1) year after product delivery.
7. GENERAL LEGAL PROVISIONS
Governed strictly by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act is excluded.
SCHEDULE 1: RESTRICTED NO-DELIVERY ZONES
Jurong Island, Tuas Link, Changi Cargo Complex, Sentosa Island, Army Camps, Offshore islands, and transit zones.
SCHEDULE 2: NON-REFUNDABLE PRODUCTS
Custom-cut or altered goods, clearance items, incomplete sets, and initial outward shipping fees.
